What is Dry Brushing?

Dry brushing is a therapeutic technique that involves using a natural-bristle brush to gently exfoliate the skin in a specific pattern, usually moving toward the heart. This treatment is done on dry skin and is often used as a standalone service or as an add-on to massage. Dry brushing can help to:

  • Stimulate the lymphatic system

  • Improve circulation

  • Promote detoxification

  • Gently exfoliate dead skin cells

  • Leave skin feeling smoother and more refreshed

Many clients find it energizing and enjoy the added wellness benefits. It’s a simple, holistic method to support skin health and overall well-being.

What does the Hand & Foot Treatment Add On Consist of?

Treat your hands and feet to the ultimate in comfort and care. This deeply soothing add-on includes the application of warm towels and hydrating oils or creams, followed by gentle massage techniques to relieve tension, improve circulation, and soften the skin.

Perfect for tired, achy hands and feet—or simply as a luxurious touch to your massage session—this treatment promotes relaxation from head to toe.

Add this indulgent experience to any massage and leave feeling completely renewed.

What is Cupping?

Cupping, an alternative medicine, is practiced primarily in Asia, as well as in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Cupping practitioners use cupping therapy to treat a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic low back pain, muscle tightness, headaches, and post-exercise soreness. Cupping can increase blood flow and promote healing in the treated areas, often used for pain relief and relaxation.

What is Craniosacral Release?

The goal is to assist in a release of the central nervous system (i.e. brain and spinal cord) as well as the body’s tissues and muscles, thereby eliminating pain, boosting immunity and promoting overall health, according to the Cleveland Clinic. How, exactly? Through gentle placement of hands and by facilitating the movement of fluids, which, in turn, allow the practitioners to locate fluid imbalances. From there, they exert minimal pressure to “bring balance back to the body and help support homeostasis."
